Who may use the Portal

Access is by invitation only. An administrator must explicitly grant your Google account access before you can see anything. You may only sign in with an account you are authorised to use, and you may not share your access with anyone else.

Acceptable use

• Use the Portal only for the business purposes of Projekt Indigo Studio Limited and its authorised partners.
• Do not attempt to access folders or documents you have not been granted, or to circumvent the Portal’s access controls.
• Do not redistribute documents obtained through the Portal to anyone who has not been granted access to them.
• Do not upload unlawful content, malware, or material you do not have the right to share.

Documents and ownership

Documents made available through the Portal are the confidential property of Projekt Indigo Studio Limited or its counterparties, unless stated otherwise. Access to a document does not transfer any ownership or licence beyond the business purpose for which it was shared.

Monitoring

Access to the Portal is logged, including which documents are viewed, downloaded, changed or deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Suspension and termination

Access may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn at any time and without notice — for example when a project ends, a role changes, or these terms are breached.

Availability and liability

The Portal is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it is not a system of record — authoritative copies of documents are retained separately. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Projekt Indigo Studio Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Portal.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
